The room decor was beautiful. The king size bed offered great comfort. The room was spacious. When our room wasn't ready, they stored our luggage, great to explore. Upon our return, our luggage was in the room. The staff remembered my name. The service was detail oriented throughout.
The hotel seemed to only turn on the heat in the evening, so during the day it was freezing. The city was cold and I felt this also in the hotel. The website misled me.

I found the location great with easy access to nearby supermarkets. The breakfast was delicious and worth waking up for. The team was helpful at every step of the way.
