commendable service exemplary interaction genuine interest cheerful team
the staff service is commendable. every interaction from check in to check out was exemplary. i especially appreciated christopher's genuine interest (a true professional!). the front desk team was cheerful and cute.
the bathroom doors sometimes don't open and close perfectly.

beautiful decor king size bed spacious room
The room decor was beautiful. The king size bed offered great comfort. The room was spacious. When our room wasn't ready, they stored our luggage, great to explore. Upon our return, our luggage was in the room. The staff remembered my name. The service was detail oriented throughout.
The hotel seemed to only turn on the heat in the evening, so during the day it was freezing. The city was cold and I felt this also in the hotel. The website misled me.

the room was spacious it had great quality i liked the ghd hair equipment the staff were friendly and professional they addressed any concerns i had immediately
the bathroom door had an issue it didn't open and close properly room service food quality could be improved the hotel is not really located in the center

valet parking amazing staff high-end products delicious breakfast
The staff assisted with dinner reservations. I appreciated the high-end products in the bathroom. The valet parking was very convenient. I found the location great with easy access to nearby supermarkets. The breakfast was delicious and worth waking up for. The team was helpful at every step of the way. The tall employee radiated warmth and professionalism. I am grateful for their help.
