a haven of elegance
really good service fresh options wonderful stay onsite parking
the staff provided really good service, showing genuine care and attention to every detail. the breakfast buffet was magnificent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. i had a wonderful stay in a larger room, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. onsite parking proved convenient, though the cost was something i factored into my travel budget.
i experienced minor inconvenience when i found that the smart television did not fully function as expected.

cold staff poor insulation
The service lacked warmth. I found the staff cold. Some was inconvenienced when I approached the front desk for assistance. The walls seemed poorly insulated. I could easily hear my neighbors speaking and moving around. This made it difficult to sleep.

the location is great. i walked to all the tourist attractions easily. the breakfast had a good selection.
the room was poorly cleaned i found hair in the bathroom. the soundproofing was very bad i heard everything from the other rooms.

king bed comfortable bed vegan options wide spread dietary requirements daily care wall insulation poor insulation long hair dirty bathroom wall outlets missing outlet
the king bed was large and comfortable. i found the vegan options at breakfast plentiful. staff members dia and anna knew my dietary requirements and helped me every morning.
the walls were not well insulated i could hear my neighbors. i could hear every sound above a whisper. long hair covered my bathroom it did not belong to me.

the breakfast offered many choices it was delicious. my room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the hotel has a gym it had three treadmills and two stationary bikes.
the walls seemed thin i could sometimes hear neighbors.

superior bed friendly service abundant hot water
the abundance of shower hot water and pressure was also welcome after a long day. every staff member i encountered offered excellent friendly service.
the hotel perfume in the lobby was quite strong i found it somewhat overpowering
