ineffective air conditioning unsolved problem
the air conditioning was not effective. i reported this issue to the front desk several times. staff provided assurances of fixing it, they did not solve the problem . consequently, the room remained uncomfortably warm for several nights.

I found the breakfast FANTASTIC. It had a huge variety of options, including fresh fruit and omelettes. The spa offered a comfortable space with a decent-sized pool. I really appreciated the helpful and polite staff. They were always available to assist. The location is great, with easy access to many key attractions..
I noticed slight wear and tear in some areas, like outdated bathroom fixtures.

The breakfast had a great choice of cereals and nuts. I found fresh fruits and yogurt always available. The hotel also offers a coffee machine and complimentary water in the room. I appreciated this detail!

excellent stay with river views
ideal location breakfast option direct view wellness center
The location was ideal. I could walk to many attractions. the breakfast included many options and the staff kept it well-stocked. my room had a direct view of the river.. it was lovely. i was grateful for the wellness center with a pool and sauna after long days of sightseeing.
The bathroom lacked an exhaust fan. It steamed up quickly after showers.

central location great selection quick service
I especially liked the location, as it was central. Breakfast included a great selection of food options. Staff members were always available to help with requests I had. I appreciated their quick and friendly service.
The gym was smaller than expected with limited equipment (only a few machines!).

excellent breakfast convenient location poor cleaning dirty cups
the breakfast was excellent. it offered many choices. the location was very convenient (close to the center). the pool and spa were also excellent.
the room cleaning was not good. there was no proper cleaning or vacuuming during my entire stay. the dirty cups from the welcome drink remained in the room. it was disappointing.

a reasonable stay
friendly staff delicious breakfast missing slippers missing desk
the hotel staff were very friendly i appreciated that. breakfast was delicious i liked the variety of options. it was a lovely way to start the day. the location was also ideal near the river.
the room lacked slippers a basic amenity i expected. the room was also missing a desk. this was inconvenient as i needed a workspace. it was a little disappointing.
