THE staff was friendly and helpful, even assisting with city tours. They provided great recommendations for local dining spots. THE room felt luxurious with a wonderful bathroom and bedroom. I especially appreciated the helpful staff who organized airport taxis for us.
It seemed illogical. THE cleaning wasn't thorough, and the room felt a bit dirty. THE cleaners even took our card, and i needed a replacement.

BREAKFAST offered a large selection of juices, coffee, cakes, and fruits. THERE were also egg variations and specials like salads and quiches. I noticed staff consistently refilled items. THE dining area transforms into an asian restaurant in the evening.

i found the staff attentive, always ready with helpful suggestions. breakfast offered many options. the location proved convenient, with easy access to public transportation. i reserved the private sauna, it was relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
the air conditioning didn't allow cooling below 22 degrees. though i appreciate eco efforts, individual control would improve comfort.

the room had a safe. it was easy to store valuables. the air conditioning worked well (i appreciated this in the summer). i also enjoyed the minibar.
this was inconvenient at times. the gym was small and crowded. there were limited options for weight training.
