central location good breakfast clean room soft pillows faulty cooling system mould presence
The location was great! it was an easy walk to many attractions. breakfast had a good selection of items. I especially liked the fresh pastries. the room was also very clean. Housekeeping did a great job.
The pillows were too soft. I wished they had firmer options. the cooling system did not produce cool air. The room was uncomfortably warm. i also noticed some mould in the bathroom tile grout lines. This needs addressing.

thin walls constant noise
The location was top notch because it was walking distance from everything.
The walls were super thin so I could hear even quiet conversations from the next room. I could only get fresh air if I left the window open constantly. The noises from the courtyard were constantly annoying.

wide variety food big enough room comfy bed stressed staff outdated hotel cute feel
the breakfast had a wide variety of food. the room we had was plenty big enough. the beds were so comfy. the hotel was close to the city centre, and most things we wanted to do were within walking distance.
the staff looked stressed most of the time. i understand they were busy, though i did not feel very welcome. the hotel seemed a bit outdated. i think it could use some updates.

Acceptable Stay with Some Drawbacks
outdated windows street parking
I was quite frustrated with the noise. Some unruly youths gathered under the windows at night , and because of the outdated windows , their loud celebration kept most guests awake. I had to find a spot on a nearby street and pay for it.

crowded breakfast leaky roof
the breakfast room seemed to small for every guest. it was often really crowded. also, one night, rain caused the roof to leak and water dripped right onto the bed. staff moved the bed and put a towel to catch the drips, but the whole thing felt so bad and not ok.

excellent location friendly staff tasty breakfast
i found the location to be excellent it was very close to many attractions and public transportation options made getting around easy the staff were super friendly and helpful providing assistance whenever needed the breakfast offered many options and was tasty.
the initial room i received did not have a window this was addressed after i complained at reception however the process of retrieving items from the car during the day was difficult.

the staff were helpful with requests and provided information upon arrival the front desk managed check-in and check-out efficiently i observed quick responses to guest inquiries.

breakfast service included a buffet i noticed options like eggs bacon cereal yogurt juice salad and fruit the staff consistently replenished the buffet ensuring fresh options were available.

the rooms included spacious layouts separate bedrooms a kitchen and a dining area this offered ample space for families traveling together a small kitchenette was inside with street view.

the hotel is in the heart of the city this made it very convenient to roam around i was near a metro station and major landmarks the hotel is not far from the charles bridge.
