clean room comfortable bed central location
My room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable with great pillows. The hotel has many options for food if you have allergies. The location is central, so it is easy to get around.
I think the breakfast choices could have more options.

good size clean room buffet choice coffee machine no hot water dismissive service no other room
My king guest room was a good size and clean. the breakfast buffet had lots of choices. i enjoyed the coffee machine. It was the best part. the location of the hotel was great, near many attractions.
my shower, it had no hot water. a technician came but could not fix it quick. i asked for another room, and they say no. customer service, it was dismissive, not good.

fresh fruit polite receptionist warm welcome
the breakfast included a variety of different choices and fresh fruit. the receptionist was very polite and always happy to assist you. the welcome i received was very warm and inviting.
the wellness area isn't great.

convenient location spacious rooms
I found the location quite convenient. It was a short walk to the main square. the modern rooms were also spacious. i especially liked the short walk to the main square to see the astronomical clock!!!
the wellness area wasn't great, with a pool that wasn't very warm.

an ok stay, some issues
good location great breakfast easy access warm temperature open window outside noise
the hotel location was really good. we could walk to most attractions. they give great breakfast each day. that way, i was fueled for the day.
the temperature in the room was too warm. this was even with the window open. this made it noisy. i felt misled.
