warm staff thoughtful addition convenient location

The staff greeted me warmly, and provided helpful advice about local attractions. The available umbrellas were a thoughtful addition, given the chance of rain. I found the location convenient, with easy access to main transport hubs.

inadequate compensation expensive hotel

the breakfast was fine, it met my basic needs.

I was quite disappointed to discover the plug in the bathroom wasn't working. It really complicated my morning routine. i mentioned it, i received a rather paltry compensation of $27. it felt quite inadequate given the inconvenience, especially since the hotel is already expensive.

The location was convenient. It was close to the train station. The staff was gracious and accommodating (i appreciated their assistance). I found the hotel facilities to be modern and well-kept.

The room service was occasionally slow. Sometimes, requests took longer than expected.

convenient location helpful iron worn walls rude staff

The location was very convenient, close to the train station and the city center. There was also an iron and ironing board in the room (i find it quite helpful).

The room i stayed in had damaged and worn walls. I also found the male staff at the reception to be a bit rude (they seemed irritated).
