the breakfast was fine, it met my basic needs.

I was quite disappointed to discover the plug in the bathroom wasn't working. It really complicated my morning routine. i mentioned it, i received a rather paltry compensation of $27. it felt quite inadequate given the inconvenience, especially since the hotel is already expensive.

The location was very convenient, close to the train station and the city center. There was also an iron and ironing board in the room (i find it quite helpful).

The room i stayed in had damaged and worn walls. I also found the male staff at the reception to be a bit rude (they seemed irritated).

The room did not get cleaned before 4pm any day. My wife's hair towel was taken with the towels and never returned. I wonder if the towel signs in the bathroom are sustainable
