mixed feelings at this hotel
The bar was great. I actually liked the drinks a lot.
The tv never worked and the hotel could not fix it. The IT source streaming issue affected multiple rooms i was told. We did get a slight compensation though

comfortable beds tram lines
I stayed in a beautiful twin room. the beds were comfortable! i also found the proximity to the tram lines very convenient. It made getting around super easy.
The bathroom lacked conditioner. It would have been useful.

The room featured a comfortable bed. I had restful sleep. i appreciated an upgrade to a superior room upon my arrival. the decor was funky! the location was convenient, near museums and a tram stop.
The tv connection in the room would cut out. This became a small annoyance during the evenings.

The staff was professional and attentive, especially at the bar. They were always ready to assist. the reception staff were helpful and provided quick responses to inquiries. I appreciated their willingness to help.

The breakfast had a great selection and included many options! the service was amazing! the bar offered a pleasant experience. I really liked having drinks there in the evening after long days.

unappealing view empty minibar
the location was convenient.
i found the room a bit underwhelming for the price. the view from the room was of an unappealing back alley. also, the minibar was empty upon arrival (i expected at least water).

helpful staff convenient access
staff seemed helpful at the reception. the location Was great, allowing convenient access to various points of interest.
the tv connection kept failing in the room. it was annoying, especially when trying to RELAX after a long day.
