divine days, dainty details
amiable staff location convenience night safety
the staff were so amiable. they gave recommendations for restaurants close to me. i also found the location practical as it was close to many sights. i felt safe when return to the hotel at night.
the hotel did not offer a car drop off at the front entrance. i have to walk a short distance to the main street.

The hotel is modern with a beautiful design. the courtyard features a good pool. It offers an oasis on warm days. i noticed a parking garage close by but the hotel does not offer parking itself.

the breakfast included options. i saw a lovely variety with gluten-free options. many items seem home-made. the breakfast selection became the best during my travels.

the hotel had a central location. it allowed short walks to most attractions. a walk to the douro river takes about ten minutes. there were literally many restaurants just outside the hotel.

welcome gift nice surprise excellent location leaky shower hose soap replacement unclean table
check-in. the pastéis de nata served as a welcome gift in our room was a nice surprise! i noticed the excellent location. it is close to many places i planned to visit.
The shower hose leaked at both ends. liquid soap for the body was not replaced promptly in the shower. I found myself wet without soap. the waitress did not clean the table. she sighed when we asked her to do that.

The staff was very helpful. The location is very good. It is in the MIDDLE of the centre close to all spots. The room was very clean, I appreciated that.
I paid for a Privilege Double Room Garden View and the room was small. I expected 25 meters and it seemed like 15 meters. We had little space to open our suitcases. It was an issue.
