check-in. the pastéis de nata served as a welcome gift in our room was a nice surprise! i noticed the excellent location. it is close to many places i planned to visit.
The shower hose leaked at both ends. liquid soap for the body was not replaced promptly in the shower. I found myself wet without soap. the waitress did not clean the table. she sighed when we asked her to do that.

The staff was very helpful. The location is very good. It is in the MIDDLE of the centre close to all spots. The room was very clean, I appreciated that.
I paid for a Privilege Double Room Garden View and the room was small. I expected 25 meters and it was like 15 meters. We had little space to open our suitcases. It was an issue.
