Fantastic Stay!
excellent location friendly staff comfortable room
I really enjoyed the hotel's excellent location. It was close to many shops. My room was a comfortable Standard Twin Room. The staff were friendly and helpful (especially at reception!).
The gym equipment is a little old.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of pastries and fresh fruit. I found the coffee machine to be very efficient, delivering hot beverages quickly (the cappuccinos were surprisingly good!).

The front desk staff provided quick assistance with directions and local recommendations. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. I did see staff respond swiftly to a minor maintenance request in the lobby.

My experience had some downsides. I found the room to be quite noisy due to street traffic (even on a higher floor). This made getting a good night's sleep difficult. a request for black tea went unfulfilled. Only herbal tea was available in the room.

Really good Hospitality and Prime Location
convenient location direct route comfortable space respectful staff
The location was convenient. It allowed easy access to key attractions. Trindade station offered a direct route to the airport. This greatly simplified my arrival and departure. The room provided a comfortable and modern space. Cleanliness was clearly a priority. Staff members showed constant courtesy and readiness to assist with any inquiries.
Street noise was noticeable from the room. This affected the otherwise peaceful ambiance during the night hours.
