The hotel room was very spacious. I saw chocolates and water upon my arrival. My Double or Twin Room River View included a super view of the river Douro. The room was also very clean. Breakfast offered great variety!!!
I needed to park on the sidewalk to get my luggage out, as the hotel lacks a driveway. Limited parking is available, so reservations are recommended.

The hotel is near the river boardwalk, within easy walking distance. Attractions and the river are easily accessible. Taking wine to the terrace and enjoying the view of the river was AMAZING!!!

i loved the hotel's location near the iconic bridge i had requested. the very nice view was a highlight especially at night it was walking distance to many attractions too. boat tour meeting point was close i found that very convenient. the reception staff were helpful and attentive , made my stay even better
the hotel does not have a driveway so dropping luggage off can be a little tricky i had to park on the sidewalk briefly

the hotel features spacious common areas these include lounges where you can relax before or after dinner they were quite nice to unwind in. it gave a calm atmosphere i enjoyed a lot during my short stay.

the rooms are soundproofed they are also large and clean this ensured a quiet and comfortable environment. i found the double or twin room river view particularly appealing because of the views it offered.

breakfast is superlative there were fantastic pastries plus a huge selection of quality products to choose from. i enjoyed the variety they had each morning which added to the positive start to my days.

the breakfast was adequate.
the room cleaning was inconsistent. there were days when the service was thorough, and other days when it was noticeably rushed or incomplete. this lack of consistency made it difficult to rely on the housekeeping. i also found the minibar prices excessive.
