friendly staff welcome cake soundproof windows enjoyable terrace
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They provided a welcome cake (a nice touch!) and complimentary coffee and soft drinks. The breakfast on the roof terrace was enjoyable. Soundproof windows helped minimize outside noise.
The room size was a bit smaller than I expected, made storing luggage a little challenging. It was manageable for my short stay.

The breakfast offered fresh pastries plus fruit. I noticed they had local specialities available. Gluten-free options were clearly marked and accessible for those requiring them.

helpful staff easy check-in
I appreciated the helpful staff who contacted me before my visit. They provided useful information about my stay. The hotel also kept me updated on the delivery of football tickets. This was a nice touch. I also liked the easy check-in and check-out processes. It made my arrival very simple.
The sound insulation in the room was not effective, noise was a significant issue. The thin walls and lack of soundproofing allowed noise from neighboring rooms to disturb my sleep. Additional measures should be taken to improve this situation.

The staff were very helpful, and I found them to be professional! Check-in online got me unlimited beverages, a good value. The location was situated well for my activities.
The floors of the hallways looked to be linoleum. My booked room was very small. The bathroom was tiny TOO. The bed was not very comfortable.

the staff was helpful.
The room was quite small, and there wasn't much space to store clothes. A shelf and a high hanger rail were the only options. also, the safe in my room didn't work. the rooftop bar had a broken coffee machine , disappointing. alcohol wasn't available after 10pm.

Acceptable Location, Noticeable Shortcomings

The location proved quite convenient. It was easy to get around.
The room size was smaller than I anticipated and felt cramped. I also noticed the sound isolation was not good. Street noise was a consistent issue, disrupting my sleep each night. I was surprised to learn that luggage storage incurred an extra charge, a detail I found inconvenient.
