The staff were very helpful, and I found them to be professional! Check-in online got me unlimited beverages, a good value. The location was situated well for my activities.
The floors of the hallways looked to be linoleum. My booked room was very small. The bathroom was tiny TOO. The bed was not very comfortable.

the staff was helpful.
The room was quite small, and there wasn't much space to store clothes. A shelf and a high hanger rail were the only options. also, the safe in my room didn't work. the rooftop bar had a broken coffee machine , disappointing. alcohol wasn't available after 10pm.

The location proved quite convenient. It was easy to get around.
The room size was smaller than I anticipated and felt cramped. I also noticed the sound isolation was not good. Street noise was a consistent issue, disrupting my sleep each night. I was surprised to learn that luggage storage incurred an extra charge, a detail I found inconvenient.
