mixed feelings about this place
kitchen smell back view
my room faced the back. it had no view at all. it was also dark. opening the window meant my room filled with kitchen smells. i really don't think that's good and should be sorted.

mixed feelings about the room.
the staff was friendly, but the wi-fi was slow.
My room was small. It felt cramped. there was barely any space to move around or even place my luggage. i really wanted a larger room for my stay, but that didn't happen.

great location friendly staff city center dreadful lighting dark room room change
the location is really good. it sits right in the city center near all the main attractions. the staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile!!!
the lighting in the first room was dreadful. it was so dark that i requested a room change. even the second room was not much better and it was hard to see things.

wonderful stay
great breakfast helpful staff decent room size
the breakfast overlooking the street was great. the staff was eager to help with requests. the room was of decent size. i enjoyed the location (it was superb).
the wall lighting switches could be more intuitive (a user manual could help).

the hotel is centrally located for many sightseeing spots. everything is within walking distance. several restaurants are in the street, one of them accessible from the hotel, the castizo alcalá-canalejas.
