the hotel's location was really convenient. it was easy to get to main attractions by tram. the staff were helpful (especially with directions). breakfast had a good selection of food, a plus for starting the day well.
i found a slight musty smell in the bathroom, but opening the window helped to air it out.

the hotel has a luggage room for storing bags after checkout. a tram stop is almost in front of the building. access to the city center is very easy from here. a coffee machine is available at the reception.

the hotel is close to the rennweg train station. it made traveling from the airport easy. the belvedere park is right next to the hotel. i could reach the city center in about 20 minutes by foot.

the location was pretty good for getting around. it was near train and tram stations.
The shower was a problem. It kept switching between hot and cold water. there was also mold in the bathroom. i also noticed there wasn't a do not disturb sign available, so the cleaning staff kept trying to enter the room. it felt disruptive.

The location rocks, near the train station and bus stops. I found a few cool restaurants and some coffee shops close by. The staff were very kind and they was super helpful. I got to change to a quieter room as soon as I asked, before I even unpacked.
My room seemed kinda dated.

The noise was REALLY frustrating. I could hear everything through the thin walls. School groups made noise late into the night. The BED linen felt cheap and uncomfortable.

the location was acceptable, giving easy access to transport.
The room lacked air conditioning, a major drawback during warmer days. the bathroom smelled strongly of mold, and it felt as hot as a sauna after showering. I could barely stand being in there. small ants also crawled on the ceiling one night.

the room felt rather outdated the furniture showed its age. i also found the lack of air conditioning quite bothersome especially during warmer days it made sleeping uncomfortable. the provided fan only circulated hot air the bathroom's small size added to the discomfort it was hard to move around in that tiny space.
