varied breakfast accessible location helpful staff
the breakfast had many options, including awesome pancakes! the location is very close to belvedere and walkable to the city center. i found helpful front desk staff providing directions and securing taxis.
the air conditioning wasn't working properly.

high pitch noise ceiling fan
the location was good and just a short walk to the city attractions.
Our room had a belvedere view, but the ac had a fan somewhere in the ceiling making a high-pitched noise. We couldn't sleep. the front desk agent suggested we open a window instead, but this wasn't ideal.

i booked a room over a year ago for a concert. the room had a clean presentation with a super view. helpful staff assisted with everything for exploring.
the breakfast area felt SMALL, considering the number of guests. food items depleted quickly, and moving around was difficult.

a charming hotel indeed
convenient train great location good buffet
the hotel is very close to the rennweg station so the train from the airport was convenient. the location was great near the belvedere palace and district 1. i easily walked to museums and restaurants. breakfast was a good buffet with many options.
the open bathroom lacked privacy!
