the location was very accessible. the staff were helpful with questions. i liked that the room was made up with balloons and prosecco for a birthday, they went above what i expected. they gave chocolates too.
the bathroom felt small. it seems it could be bigger.

The staff were so helpful, and they assisted me with all my needs. The apartment had everything i needed for a short break. The comfortable bed was especially inviting after long days of sightseeing. I also appreciated the walk in shower.
I was not informed about this before my stay.

The apartment was cleaned every day. The receptionist was helpful. That was great as I had questions every morning.
The room was not as nice as the pictures showed. It was hot, even when the thermostat was as low as possible. I had to open the windows, but the smell of cigarettes from the courtyard below was unbearable
