A Perfect City Center Retreat
central location clean room friendly staff
The location is amazing, placing you steps from key attractions. The room was spotlessly clean. I found it a cute space after a day of exploration. Breakfast included a beautiful dining room. I appreciated the elegance of the surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful. I received quick answers to my questions.
The parking is a bit of a walk away from the building.

central location helpful staff
the hotel is placed right in the city center. it is very close to sites and this saved on transport, i appreciated that. the staff was so very helpful and kind at all times.
the breakfast buffet did not change everyday, it was not much varied but enough.

the staff was very helpful. i got a quiet room . i found the location convenient (it's close to many sights).
the air conditioning in my room did not seem to work very well. the breakfast selection could have been better. also, the room felt a little dated.

Really good City Stay
central location helpful staff
The location is central and convenient. The staff was helpful with directions. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices each morning. I found the service to be attentive and quick.
The elevator was occasionally slow, which caused minor delays. I wish there was a quicker way to get to higher floors during peak hours.

inadequate air conditioning limited parking
the staff answered all my questions while i was there. the breakfast was another highlight.
the air conditioning was shut off for the season, despite it being unseasonably warm. this meant the room was too warm for my liking. while opening windows was an option, street noise became an issue. the limited temporary parking at the entrance also caused a check-in delay (which was a bit frustrating).
