charming surprise!
spacious room hardwood floors great shower free refreshments
i found my room spacious with hardwood floors, a nice touch. the shower had fabulous space, pressure, and temperature! staff pre-setup a rollaway bed. the room included coffee, tea, water, and biscuits.
the breakfast mostly continental was a bit limited if you prefer a hot breakfast, though there was a good selection of continental items.

The lobby space was inviting and clean. I stored bags before check-in. front desk staff offered assistance with luggage, recommendations, city tips, and service at the bar! all staff was helpful, nice, and accommodating.

breakfast had quite a large and varied spread. the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was lovely! there was enough choice for everyone and the quality of the ingredients was high.

Excellent Location and Friendly Staff!
excellent location attentive staff good breakfast
The location was excellent, near a metro station and main attractions. I found the reception staff very attentive and efficient. One gentleman gave us a great overview of city sights using a map. I also found the breakfast choice offered was very good with multiple options. The staff were eager to help with directions and suggestions.
I found the elevator key card entry a little overly complicated at first.

The location was amazing. I could easily walk to many attractions! the room was clean and spacious. i particularly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. Everything tasted fresh.
The wi-fi signal was a bit weak in my room. It sometimes made it difficult to stream videos.

Wonderful Hotel Experience!
spacious room clean floor great shower thoughtful staff
The room I stayed in was very spacious! The hardwood floors added a nice, clean touch. I found the shower fabulous because of its size and water pressure. The staff was so thoughtful. They prepared the rollaway bed beforehand. I appreciated the coffee, tea, water, and biscuits provided in the room.
I noticed the bar was not open. Therefore, I was unable to enjoy a drink at night.

The hotel is very close to the Opera. It is also near museums and provides general city access. The underground is conveniently located beside the hotel as well.

The lobby space was inviting and very clean. I was able to store my bags before check-in without issue. Front desk staff gave great assistance with luggage and also provided recommendations.
