high temperature poor breakfast
The room temperature was consistently too high, even with the air conditioning on (I suspect it was broken). The breakfast cost seemed outrageous considering the quality. I've had better instant oatmeal. The bar and room service operated on a schedule I couldn't decipher. It was more often closed than open. The staff acted like I was bothering them whenever I asked a question. I expected more for the price I paid.

solid choice for a city trip
convenient location comfortable bed sauna facilities
i found the location quite convenient, very close to public transport options. the room provided a comfortable king bed. i especially appreciated the sauna and its facilities after a day of sightseeing (the relaxation was worth it!).
the check-in process was not as cute as i expected. the receptionist asked several unnecessary questions. this made the initial interaction less pleasant.

inadequate air conditioning empty minibar
i found the air conditioning inadequate. even with it running constantly, my room remained too warm. furthermore, i was disappointed that the minibar was not stocked upon my arrival. it would have been convenient to have some basic refreshments available immediately. the lack of readily available drinks was an oversight in my opinion.

a reasonably good stay
helpful staff transport links damaged door lack of action
the location was quite good, close to transport links. the staff was helpful in giving directions to sights. i also found the bartender to be nice during an evening visit.
the room door was damaged, allowing extra noise from the hallway. i informed management, but i saw no action to resolve the issue. i found this disappointing.

fresh fruit pastry selection safe box helpful staff
the breakfast had many options. i especially liked the fresh fruit selection and the pastries. the hotel provided complimentary toiletries, including shampoo and soap. my room had a safe where i kept my valuables. the staff helped me with directions to the nearby public transportation.
The gym was a bit small. It only had two treadmills.

bed hair taxi access
the location was fine because a subway station was close.
i found hairs in the bed when i checked in, that was a major turn off. the air conditioning wasn't working properly, so the room felt really stuffy even after i messed with the settings. getting a taxi from here wasn't simple and i spent too long waiting.
