solid stay near the center
helpful staff spacious room
i found the staff super friendly and helpful. the location was great for getting to the centre and finding food options. i also really enjoyed that the room was very spacious.
the rooms were too warm with poor ventilation and there was no way to turn down the heat. the bathroom was warmer than a sauna. the flush did not work properly.

the hotel had an excellent location and was a few minutes' walk from the city centre. underground and tram stops to key sights are nearby. i found many shops and restaurants in walking distance too.

our room on the 5th floor was light and bright. it looked over a quiet void and so was peaceful. it featured every facility one could expect including a bath, which we appreciated very much.

mixed experience with some drawbacks
poor soundproofing small room
the staff was helpful and friendly . they were always available to assist with any questions.
the room was quite small and lacked basic amenities. there was no mini bar, so i had to find alternative ways to keep my drinks cool. additionally, the soundproofing was poor, and i could hear conversations from neighboring rooms, difficult to sleep.

great location multiple choices polite staff warm room temperature adjustment mini-bar absence
the location was great. it was easy to get to many places of interest. the breakfast had a lot of choices (i especially liked the pastries). the staff were polite and always ready to help.
the room felt a bit warm. i couldn't adjust the temperature to my liking. there wasn't a mini-bar in the room. this was inconvenient (i like to keep drinks cold).

adequate stay with some issues
poor isolation uncomfortable pillows
The staff provided a nice welcome and a free beverage upon arrival. Check-in was smooth.
My room was very loud because of poor isolation. I could hear everything happening outside. also, the pillows were not comfortable at all. I had a hard time getting a good night's sleep. it really affected my overall experience.

Really good City Stay
city center super clean room breakfast variety
I loved that the hotel was near the city center making it easy to explore. The room was super clean when I arrived a welcome sight after a long journey. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of options I found it a perfect start to my day.
I noticed that the soundproofing was not ideal I could hear noise from the hallway at times.

The hotel features convenient proximity to tram stops this allows easy access to various attractions. Its location near the inner city circle is very beneficial. The staff members are always super helpful offering valuable assistance.

The hotel provides very clean rooms this ensures a comfortable and hygienic stay. My room was spacious, which allowed me to relax and move around easily. I appreciated the comfortable bed offering restful sleep.
