the location was great. it was easy to get to many places of interest. the breakfast had a lot of choices (i especially liked the pastries). the staff were polite and always ready to help.
the room felt a bit warm. i couldn't adjust the temperature to my liking. there wasn't a mini-bar in the room. this was inconvenient (i like to keep drinks cold).

The staff provided a nice welcome and a free beverage upon arrival. Check-in was smooth.
My room was very loud because of poor isolation. I could hear everything happening outside. also, the pillows were not comfortable at all. I had a hard time getting a good night's sleep. it really affected my overall experience.

I loved that the hotel was near the city center making it easy to explore. The room was super clean when I arrived a welcome sight after a long journey. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of options I found it a perfect start to my day.
I noticed that the soundproofing was not ideal I could hear noise from the hallway at times.

The hotel features convenient proximity to tram stops this allows easy access to various attractions. Its location near the inner city circle is very beneficial. The staff members are always super helpful offering valuable assistance.
