decent experience in the city center
central location international channels food smell difficult entrance
i liked the central location. it was so easy to reach everything. the international channels on the tv kept me entertained.
the pancake shop in the entrance made it difficult to enter. the smell of food was everywhere and i found that gross!

slow room service high minibar prices
The room service was quite slow. I had to wait over an hour for my order. Part of the order was missing. The minibar prices were also quite high.

non-functioning tv missing blanket
I was really disappointed with a few things . the extra blanket i requested never arrived, despite my repeated follow-ups. also, the tv wasn't working. It just displayed 'connecting' on the screen, and i couldn't get past it. it was frustrating because i just wanted to relax after a long day, and it added to the overall feeling that things weren't quite up to par. i expected better for the price i paid.

hard-to-find reception unwelcoming feel
The reception was hard to find. there weren't signs so you need to go to the 6th floor. It was like a small desk in a busy lobby. accessing the hotel required walking past a large bakery queue. it didn't feel cute. the room didn't meet my expectations.
