noisy room old decor
the reception staff were helpful, which i appreciated.
the room was small and quite noisy. i could clearly hear conversations from the room next door, really disturbing. also, the room decor felt very old, like it had not been updated in years. i found it unappealing.

the location was unbeatable, steps from key attractions. the room was clean and well kept. the staff offered helpful advice and quick assistance. i appreciated the nespresso machine in the room, it made mornings easier.
the building's old style meant i could hear some street noise at times.
