poor service no follow-up
The welcome drink was never mentioned during check-in. A staff member looked annoyed when asked about it later. Then, the bouncer at the partner bar denied us entry citing a dress code, despite our appropriate attire. It felt disrespectful. No follow-up from the hotel management occurred either, after lodging a complaint.

mixed feelings
faulty air conditioning insufficient staff
the location was very central and accessible to main attractions.
the air conditioning system didn't work well, and i was told it was fine as is. there wasnt a kettle, despite it being listed as a room amenity. the reception area felt too small, and there wasnt enough staff on hand to assist everyone.

acceptable stay with A few issues
inadequate air conditioning soft pillows
the staff was helpful with directions.
the air conditioning did not work properly. my room felt stuffy, i asked the reception to take a look, but nothing changed. the pillows provided were too soft and not supportive enough for MY liking.
