good sizecomfortable bedsquick waterquiet area
the room had a good size with enough space for three large suitcases. the beds were comfortable and the seating area was well sized. i appreciated that the room included a kettle microwave toothbrush slippers and robes. the water pressure was amazing and the water heated up quickly.
the hotel is located outside of the main area so walking is required to get to the center. there is a train station nearby and this location made it a relatively quiet area. this might not be convenient for everyone

the staff were cute and friendly plus there was a nice lobby area available. this area had lots of tables for sitting and relaxing or hanging out. styling devices are available to rent out.

many good restaurants and coffee shops are near the hotel. breakfast had many options to choose from every day. i appreciate that the hotel provides many options. i enjoyed the variety of foods.

I found the in-room washing machine very useful. It simplified laundry during my trip. The room size was adequate for my needs. I had enough space to relax without feeling cramped. It was also great to be near multiple train stations, as this made navigating the area simple.
There was no daily room cleaning included. I had to request it separately for an extra fee. This lack of daily service was unexpected and a little inconvenient.

I enjoyed a variety of options for breakfast. There were both Japanese and Western choices available. The price was fair. It offered good value for the selection provided. A nearby Tully's Coffee shop provided another handy choice for morning coffee.

Staff assisted with check-in smoothly. I was able to get settled without any delays. They offered helpful directions. This aided in navigating the neighborhood. I had no issues that needed resolving, therefore I didn't need extensive assistance.

My room featured a kitchenette. This was useful for preparing light meals. The smart TV provided entertainment options. I could easily access Netflix. I found the hairdryer to be of good quality. It suited my needs perfectly.

the location was good near the golden gai area. there were many izakayas. having the washing machine and dryer combo was very useful i stayed for several nights.
the staff were not cute i had to pay extra for a second person. i had booked a room for two people. there was no cleaning service included i had to pay extra.
