i REALLY liked the location. It is in the shinjuku area so I had access to many places. Shopping and eating were a short walk away. The hotel also has a disney shuttle bus service everyday i found very convenient
my room smelled really bad. I am not sure what the smell was but it smelled like old stuff. the wifi was completely a joke. It randomly connected and disconnected all the time i found frustrating

i found the hotel very clean and centrally located in shinjuku. the staff was very helpful and we were very satisfied. there were two separate breakfast areas! one breakfast place named jurin had a more extensive selection than the other.

i found the location convenient. it was a short walk to subway stations. the area near the hotel was quiet. the airport limousine bus stop was very close. i loved that i could easily access transport.
The bathroom felt a bit dated. the shower had a shower curtain instead of a glass door, which i found unusual.

The hotel included many quality restaurants on the lower level. I found even more options a short walk away. the patisserie downstairs offered pastries for half price an hour before closing time. i appreciated this option.

my room had comfortable beds. the hotel provided plenty of toiletries. the room was spacious. i enjoyed the well designed bathroom, and it had great amenities and a super comfy bed too.

The staff were friendly and always greeting us. they were also helpful. the service level was prompt. i really liked that the staff exhibited professional service. The hotel trained them well.

I stayed in the south tower and could see mount fuji one morning! The staff helped me with the expressway airport bus terminal since I needed a 5am bus. The disney shuttle bus worked GREAT.
There was nowhere to sit in the lobby unless I was at a restaurant.
