the location was great, very close to the subway. breakfast had good choices. housekeeping gave us fresh towels daily. they even changed bed sheets, appreciated.

the location was near the metro. i found a convenience store nearby. the breakfast buffet offered good value.
The room was very small. It was hard to open my suitcase. the bathroom lacked an extraction fan, so steam lingered. the washing machines took a long time to wash and dry clothes. I found the clothes were still damp even after extra drying time.

the breakfast buffet included both western and japanese options! i especially liked the miso soup. the hotel provided free skincare samples in the lobby. the location was near a train station which was very convenient for exploring.
The thermostat didn't seem to respond to adjustments. Sometimes the fan was enabled, sometimes i could adjust the set temperature, but it seemed to have no effect.

the location was pretty good, about 2 minutes walk to the train station. the staff were very helpful with our questions.
The rooms felt quite run down. It was clear they needed some updating. the room was not cleaned completely one day of my stay. the bathtub drainage was clogged. some toiletry bottles were missing from the rack.

The location was convenient. The subway station was very close. i appreciated the shaba shabu dinner at the hotel restaurant. A guest discount was included. laundry facilities were available, though they were quite popular! i liked being so near the action in shinjuku.
the staff was not very informative about the room when i checked in, it was dissapointing. my room was next to the laundry, and it was noisy at night! even though i was told there was no laundry after 23:00, people still washed after this time, hard to sleep.

the location is excellent in a quieter part of shinjuku, though the parking was expensive! nishi-shinjuku station is a one minute walk. a convenience store two doors away proved very handy for quick needs.
