I found the location very convenient, close to the M line metro station. Access to downtown was quick, just two stops away. Multiple convenience stores and halal restaurants are nearby. The onsen was a nice addition after a long day. The check-in and check-out processes were simple. I appreciated the late check-out option for a reasonable fee. The room had a refrigerator and a hot water kettle, which I used daily.
The room was quite small. It was challenging to manage luggage.

The room felt cramped. I struggled to manage my luggage in such a small space. THEN i discovered tattoos are NOT allowed in the onsen. I felt disappointed to miss out on this amenity because of a policy I didn't know existed.

The hotel provided excellent access to many attractions. The train station proximity made travel easy. I found numerous dining options nearby. The room had useful amenities, and I liked the well-stocked supplies.
This caused some delays when trying to get to and from my room.

The location was AMAZING, so close to the M10 train station. It was also convenient to have both a 7-Eleven and a Family Mart within easy walking distance. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during my summer stay. It worked excellently!!!
The check-in area felt small, and the check-in process seemed a bit confusing. I had to fill out all my details using a machine. A staff member guided me through the process.
