Wonderful Muji Experience
great storage calming atmosphere
The room design featured lots of storage. The electric tablet controlled everything from curtains to contacting the front desk, which i found convenient. I chose Muji oils for the in-room diffuser. The complimentary wine, beverages, and snacks in the lounge from 16:00 to 21:00 were a GREAT addition after exploring all day.
The absence of scales was inconvenient as i needed to check my luggage weight. I had to use a small hand device, not effective for a heavy suitcase. Other hotels offered scales, so this was a notable oversight.

The hotel is in a strategic location close to train lines. I found the Ginza line especially easy to navigate. This line offers simple access to the airport and airport skyline. It really simplified my travels.

Residents have access to the lounge with complimentary offerings. Free wines, various beverages, and yummy snacks are available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. I considered it a real bonus after a day of sightseeing.

great location walking distance amazing breakfast low cleanliness bathroom stains musty smell
i found the location great. it is within walking distance to ginza station. some major lines meet there. yurakucho station is just under 5 minutes away, one station from central station. breakfast was also amazing.
the cleanliness was not up to my expectation. the bathroom had stains on the walls. the shower floor felt unclean. it had a musty smell when i closed the door.

rattling noise general dust
the location was convenient to shops and restaurants.
the room felt cramped, and i found a layer of dust on several surfaces. the air conditioning unit was making a rattling noise throughout the night (it was hard to sleep). i was honestly expecting a higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance (given the price).

wood theme spacious room
i found the decor quite pleasing, particularly the wood theme throughout. the front office staff were polite and helpful. i received two small tubes of essential oil for the diffuser (a lovely bonus!). the spaciousness of the room greatly impressed me.
