superb stay
metro stations helpful staff spacious room airport limousine bus
The hotel is near the tokyo metropolitan government building. You can easily walk to the 45th-floor observation deck. i found the hotel located above several metro stations which was convenient. i could walk from jr shinjuku station. the staff members were cute and helpful. i appreciated the spacious and nicely appointed rooms. the airport limousine bus stops right at the hotel.
The hotel lacked a convenience store. A simple snack or soda required leaving the premises.

The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I saw ample space for yoga. dramatic chandeliers hang above a huge bar. the hotel also offers free shuttle service to and from nearby stations.

Staff took my luggage and directed me to the reception desk for check-in. the staff were polite and thankful. I felt welcomed. i noticed the staff assisted with luggage storage and transport to rooms. the concierge efficiently handled my requests.

Breakfast is available daily. It runs from 0700-1000. afternoon tea is served from 1430-1600. Canapés and cocktails are offered from 1730-1930. the caffe restaurant particularly impressed me. It provides attentive service. the hotel offered a good breakfast variety

i found the location convenient. the hotel stands near the metropolitan government building, a short walk. subway access is easy, allows quick trips. the staff offered warmth.
A minor inconvenience was the lack of an on-site convenience store. I had to step out for a late-night snack.

The staff provided amazing service. They proved helpful throughout my stay. The hotel has excellent cleanliness and well kept rooms. I found the free shuttle bus to Shinjuku Station very convenient. Bus conductors were warm and helpful too.

The hotel is directly above a subway station. This provided easy access to various parts of the area. A convenience store is nearby (i. e. 7-Eleven), convenient for snacks and basic needs, I appreciated this convenience.

My room was super clean. The room size proved satisfactory and well kept. The bathroom included great lighting, a bathtub and strong water pressure in the shower (i. e. excellent after a long day).

I thought the staff was helpful. The hotel has a Regency Lounge. The Regency Lounge has breakfast from 7-10am with vegetarian options. I took advantage of the cocktail hour with a nice end to the day.

Uneven Experience. Some Issues present
loud drilling poor communication
I encountered some problems . the hotel didn't even check on guests after an earthquake. Our room swayed, and it WAS frightening.
