Convenient and Clean Stay

excellent location free amenities rooftop onsen
The location offered excellent access to transportation. Shops and restaurants were very close. I appreciated the free ice machine on the top floor, it was useful. The rooftop onsen was a treat after long days.
The room was quite small. Maneuvering with luggage proved a bit tight.

Excellent Hotel Experience

helpful staff efficient check-in
The staff was helpful and assisted with my check-in efficiently. They kindly arranged to send my luggage to my next hotel (this was my first time using that service). The hotel also had security in the lobby, which increased my sense of safety. Security personnel assisted all guests with respect and elevator access.
The public bath was rather small and lacked a cold plunge or sauna, a bit disappointing.
Location
10/10
The hotel boasts an excellent location near shops, restaurants, and various transportation options. The bus terminal to the airport is conveniently located just beside the hotel. This makes it easy to get around and access essential amenities.
Facilities
9/10
The reception staff is plentiful and kind, always ready to help. They offer fast and friendly service (along with the traditional Japanese style of greeting). The hotel also uses a QR code system for leaving and picking up luggage efficiently.
Rooms
8/10
My room was fully equipped and complete with all necessary facilities. I appreciated the inclusion of several amenities . The room size was adequate for my needs (nothing extravagant, but perfectly functional).
Dining
9/10
I enjoyed the restaurant located on the ground floor of the building. It provided a convenient option for meals without needing to venture far. The cleanliness of the dining area was really good.

easy transfers onsen access
The location is close to a bus station. This made airport transfers easy. The hotel is also central with many restaurants nearby. I found several good options. The onsen access offered a more spacious bathing experience than the room. It felt more relaxing after a long day.
The room had minimal space for clothing storage.
