“This hotel stands out for its historical significance and prime location, though some may find elements of the decor a bit dated. Its commitment to family-friendly amenities, including childcare services, is a definite plus. If you value tradition and convenience, this could be a worthwhile choice, despite some potential drawbacks.”

Acceptable stay overall

convenient location easy access inflexible customer service unwelcoming feel
The location allows easy access to shopping and dining. The hotel is close to the Imperial palace and Ginza. It is also conveniently located near the main train station.
The hotel did not feel particularly cute. I felt the customer service was inflexible when I asked for a fork for my dessert. The staff said I had to call room service.
