excellent stay near shinjuku gyoen
convenient location daily cleaning convenience stores short walk
i found the hotel location very convenient. it was near shops and the subway station. convenience stores were close, and finding food was easy. i appreciated the daily cleaning services i received. the hotel was a short walk to many locations like godizilla street and shinjuku gyoen park.
the pillows provided were quite firm and had a strange weight.

the staff were helpful, particularly with local recommendations. they helped me with my luggage storage between reservations. i found personnel very friendly and helpful . the staff provided excellent services.

the studio room included a microwave and cooking hotplate with basic pots. there was also a coffee machine available in the lobby. the hotel also feature a laundry room for the guests. filtered water was available.

Basic Room, Some Issues
hard pillows room ventilation
The room felt quite basic. The pillows were very hard. I think they had some kind of weight inside. there was no window for ventilation, so the room felt uncomfortable. The location had many adult establishments nearby. I found this a bit off-putting when walking around at night.

amazing room size and location

The rooms were spacious for japan! we have stayed at other places, and this one had so much space, it was a lovely surprise! the staff was so helpful, i can't wait to return. i also loved the convenience of the gym and laundry on-site. It made everything so easy.
i stayed for several nights and the breakfast selection didn't meet expectations! it felt a little pricey considering the limited options. it would be so much better with more variety, especially some local specialties.

the staff speaks english fluently and is very helpful with directions. they happily made restaurant reservations for me, speaking japanese on my behalf. they gave clear instructions for using hotel amenities.

spacious room and great location
english staff laundry area
The staff speaks good english. i also liked that they helped me with some information about shipping some items back home. i found the laundry area with a drink vending machine very convenient. It has five washers and dryers. the hotel's location in is convenient. It is a short walk to the metro, and there's a 7/11 next door!
during check-in, i was initially assigned a room without a window. it took some time to resolve this issue, a bit inconvenient.

the hotel is located in a quieter part of the area but still within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. there is also convenient access to public transportation, beneficial for exploring. a convenience store is very close.

the room was spacious with a sitting area and kitchenette, which i found great. the bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. the room was quiet and dark because of the blockout shades.

mini kitchen kind staff
The room had a mini kitchen. This helped with evening meals. the staff was very kind, holding our suitcase because we had two reservations with a five-day gap.
The hotel is a little far from the center. It is about a 15-20 minute walk.
