an okay stay with some drawbacks
convenient location expansive view toilet issues outdated room
The location proved very convenient. it was close to the train station. the views from the room on the 26th floor were expansive. We were impressed. public transport was readily available, we found that to be a plus.
The toilet had some issues. the only solution offered was moving to an identical room. we found this to be a lot of work since we had unpacked. the room felt outdated. It seemed like something from 15 years ago.

Good location near rail station
great location easy transport nearby restaurants
I liked its location near Shinjuku Station. This made transport very easy. There are many restaurants nearby. The staff was cute at arrival.
The variety of food during breakfast was little limited. It was also quite expensive.

decent location, but underwhelming experience
small television outdated room
the room felt a bit outdated. i noticed the bathroom had some wear and tear (the sink had some visible stains). also, the television was quite small, and it lacked smart tv functions, so i couldn't stream anything. i've definitely stayed in more modern rooms for the price.

convenient location helpful staff easy access outdated décor limited channels slippery bathtub
The location was really convenient (especially for using the Airport Limousine bus). The staff were helpful arranging a takeaway breakfast for my early flight. The location made it easy to walk to many places. it was close to the train station.
The room décor seemed quite outdated to me. There were not many TV channel options. The bathtub was also a bit slippery to stand in when showering.

Really good Stay with Amazing Views
easy access convenient access short walk
The location is fantastic with very easy access to the train stations. Multiple convenience stores provide convenient access to essentials. Many restaurants and shops are within a short walk. I also appreciated the easy access to the airport via the Limousine Bus, which stops right in front of the hotel.
The variety of TV channels was limited. There were no HBO or movie channels.

The staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance with luggage storage. The personnel was willing to help with requests such as late check-out and storing items in the freezer, demonstrating genuine care. I am very satisfied.
Rooms

The room was spacious and well kept. High-floor rooms guaranteed excellent views of the city skyline. I found the bathroom amenities to be ample, including sufficient towels and toiletries that were replenished as needed.
