convenient location fresh snacks pleasant surprise
The location was unbeatable, steps from the station! I found fresh snacks and beverages available in the lobby, a nice touch. The hotel surprised my husband with a good towel cake placed on our bed. That was special!

charming stay near the station
flawless arrangement nice hangout ample space central location
i enjoyed the flawless takubin arrangement for our bags. the welcome corner became a nice hangout spot. i found the connecting rooms great, since they provided ample space. the central location offered very easy access to the nearby station.
the shower area in the bathroom felt a little too tight. however, it was manageable for short stays.

A drinking fountain offered soda and coffee at night. Some desserts were available from 10pm to midnight. these small offerings provide a nice treat after a long day exploring, i found. a 7/11 store is located just one block away.

staff members were very friendly and accommodating. they addressed all our questions and concerns promptly. they allowed us to leave our bags before check-in, really helpful. it gave me peace of mind.

The hotel is accessible to two train stations. One is the main station. ginza's upscale district is a short metro ride away. reaching the bay area takes twenty minutes on foot from this location.

The hotel provided new pajamas and amenities like toothbrushes everyday. cleanliness was excellent. They fixed our bedsheets daily. a stand with necessities like hair ties, razors, and cotton swabs was available constantly. it was all very convenient.

warm staff clean rooms
the hotel had a great location near the station, a short walk. staff members showed warmth and were helpful. i had a package delivered before my arrival and they took care of it. the rooms were always clean, just as i wished.

convenient location suitcase storage
the hotel is in a fantastic location near the station. there are many food options nearby and convenience stores are very close. i appreciated the hotel holding suitcases after check out, this service allowed travel to other cities without large luggage.
i was informed at check-in that the laundry facilities were unavailable because of maintenance work. the information about breakfast availability was not given, inconvenient. i had to ask for water bottles, it would be preferable to have them readily available.

The hotel offered free beverages and a coffee dispensing machine after breakfast. This was available until night. ice cream was available in the afternoon, a nice touch particularly welcome during the summer heat. many restaurants are located near the hotel.

The hotel is close to the station. The walk takes only a few minutes. access to all metro lines is easy from this location. the area is quite commercial, offering various food and shopping choices nearby.

The reception staff is friendly, made the check-in process smooth. the staff handled suitcase storage professionally and securely. This was much better than using lockers. they were efficient and helpful at check-in. It was very late, though all was ok.

I found the staff helpful and kind. They were accommodating. The location near the train station was great for accessing transportation. I also appreciated the luggage storage, a practical service for travelers.
I noticed the lobby area was small, and it felt crowded at times. Suitcases for storage were abundant.
