Excellent Stay with Amazing Skyline View
train station city views second floor family mart excellent food
The hotel is conveniently near the train station and Ginza area, so we selected it initially for this reason. A Family Mart on the second floor of the building was very useful. The hotel provides fantastic city views, so I was happy. The restaurant had excellent food.
The staff was very friendly, but their English knowledge seemed limited. Therefore, some requests took longer to process, but they were always helpful.

The hotel is a short walk from the subway station, about six minutes. Many restaurants and shops near Ginza are within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. Access to key attractions required a train ride lasting less than thirty minutes, handy.

The room had an awesome view from the window. It showed much of the city. I noticed the beds were firm but comfortable with lovely bedding, so I slept well. The room size was ample.

Breakfast was great and had many Japanese dishes. I saw European breakfast classics available also. The buffet was quite elaborate. The hotel had washing machines available, so this was useful.
Service

The staff was polite and helpful and always tried to assist us. Staff helped me arrange a doctor's visit to the room when my son needed medicine. They were helpful in explaining the medical choices to me.

comfortable robes convenient location spacious room
The room was spacious. i appreciated the robes provided. They were very comfortable (i used it every day). the location was convenient, with stores nearby.
The breakfast lacked variety. The options remained the same each morning.

limited closet small room
the luggage delivery service to the airport directly from reception was ACCEPTABLE.
The room felt VERY small and did not accommodate luggage well. It was difficult to open two small suitcases. The closet space provided only six hangers, INSUFFICIENT for my needs. This felt more like a cramped budget room than a comfortable room.

convenient location shopping area
The hotel location near the train station proved very convenient. I found a Lawson convenience store next door, and Family Mart was on the second floor of the building. The Ginza shopping area was easily accessible by walking.
I noticed that the room felt somewhat small. There was minimal space to comfortably open two suitcases.
