the hotel is central in location it is very near the train station and the stop going to the airport.
the area is unpleasant kabukicho is not a nice place to stay i found this disappointing the immediate surroundings detracted from the hotel experience.

the location was perfect for exploring. i especially appreciated the access to a 7-eleven within the hotel building. the bathtub and water pressure were very good after a long day.

the room was a double room (i did sleep very well in it). the bathroom included a shower and a bath. enough space was available for luggage, which i appreciated.

the hotel is near the train station (it made travel easy). there are several restaurants and bars located nearby. a 7-eleven is accessible without even going outside, a great convenience.

separate bathamazing viewwindows view
the room included two separate bath and toilet areas (i found that very convenient). the views from the 30th floor were amazing. i could see both the skytree and the tokyo tower from my windows.
the room was very small with little floor space, i felt uncomfortable at times.

The location was indeed GREAT. It made exploring the surroundings simple. My twin room offered AMPLE space for luggage, which i appreciate SO much. I also LOVED having 7-eleven access right within the hotel building, very convenient.
the night was hard, the curtains not blocking the morning sunlight.
