underwhelming experience for the price

cold staff small gym

The hotel is historic, but the staff in the lobby seemed cold. as a diamond member, i wasn't acknowledged at all! they even tried to charge me for my wife's breakfast. I had to show them the hilton benefits on my app. it felt embarrassing. plus, there's no turndown service and the gym is quite small with an attendant correcting you.

The location was excellent. I was very close to transport links. The Atrium restaurant offered a large choice of food. I found something to satisfy my tastes during breakfast.

My room had a view of the train terminal. I could feel the train every 5 minutes from early morning until after midnight.

historic hotel, SOME disappointment

poor quality mini-bar lacking

The location is VERY convenient.

The room service quality disappointed me considering this hotel's reputation. There weren't many choices on the menu and the food was bland. The mini-bar lacked non-alcoholic drinks or milk. It's just a pity.

convenient location seamless experience train access

the room had a wonderful size. the location allows convenient access to nearby shopping areas like daimaru. the staff met me right at the train tracks upon arrival. i appreciated this seamless experience.

The gym is a bit small. I noticed an attendant present.
