quiet room new room laundry facilities central location
The room was very quiet and new! the view from my room was very nice. i also appreciated the included laundry and ironing facilities. It definitely added value to my stay. this hotel is in a good location. I could easily walk around the heart of the area.
the laundromat was a little disappointing because the cycle took a very long time. some guests seemed competitive, likely due to only five machines available.

the room had all glass windows! a rainfall shower was present and added to the experience. luggage storage space was adequate, it easily accommodated my needs.

Jam17 restaurant offered breakfast options. I found them amazing. the food was fresh! the hotel also provided access to restaurants in the adjacent bellustar hotel.

the hotel is close to a large metro station! it is convenient for walking around the heart of the district. limobus access is available downstairs, though travel time to narita airport is approximately two hours.

amazed by the groove
central location fast service daily cleaning beautiful hotel
i did like the location as it was convenient and central to everything. the staff gave fast service and are always ready to help. my superior queen room was cleaned daily and properly maintained. it was definitely a beautiful hotel with easy access to shops and restaurants.
i found it a bit noisy cause its near rail lines. i had a hard time sleeping cause of this.

I loved the view from my room. It featured a floor-to-ceiling window. I could see Godzilla and the city. The room was modern and very clean.. The bed was quite comfy. I also appreciated the presence of BBC news on the TV.
The shower and toilet have frosted glass doors. This does not feel entirely private with a twin room setup.

i thought the location was excellent for exploring. vibrant nightlife was very close. the staff at reception spoke reasonable english, helpful. i found the views from my room on a high floor to be quite lovely.
the breakfast options were quite minimal. i found no smoked fish or varied cheese selection. the juice seemed to come from a box, not freshly squeezed. pastries were also outsourced and did not seem fresh. these issues.

i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful . The hotel offers amazing views of the city skyline both day and night from its high floors. it has a modern and trendy feel, which i appreciated. i especially enjoyed the location near many attractions and dining options.
i noticed there was no gym available within the hotel premises.
