The location impressed me. it was close to shinjuku station. Transportation was simple. i also appreciated the self-service laundry. It was convenient. breakfast provided many choices. Both japanese and western options were available. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. They quickly answered questions.

The eco-cleaning was a bit odd. They changed towels but didn't clean cups or make the bed.

The location was acceptable being near Shinjuku station.

The room I booked was excessively small making it difficult to move around. I found the lack of storage for luggage and clothes impractical. The closet space measured only 10 cm in depth. The bathroom looked cheap. It was constructed entirely of plastic giving it the feel of a camping bathroom.

the location was amazing!!! it was so close to the station. i found restaurants and shopping nearby too. the staff spoke english, so communication was easy.

my room felt small and a little dated, especially compared to other places i've stayed recently. i didn't find much equipment available. the eco-cleaning service seemed odd because they replaced towels daily, but didn't wash the cups.

The hotel offered numerous amenities! including toothbrush, toothpaste, face wash, and skin lotion. I found the location super convenient to the Shinjuku area with loads of food options and two convenience stores nearby. The train station was just a few minutes walk away. It was super-quiet too.

The room was smelly and the bathroom had mold. The amenities seemed minimal for a so-called four star hotel. I would personally rate it more like a two or three star hotel
