convenient stay near everything!
convenient location self-service laundry japanese options helpful staff
The location impressed me. it was close to shinjuku station. Transportation was simple. i also appreciated the self-service laundry. It was convenient. breakfast provided many choices. Both japanese and western options were available. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. They quickly answered questions.
The eco-cleaning was a bit odd. They changed towels but didn't clean cups or make the bed.

The hotel is a short walk from shinjuku station. transportation across the city is quite easy. the area is also close to shopping and dining options. It is convenient.

small room impractical closet
The location was acceptable being near Shinjuku station.
The room I booked was excessively small making it difficult to move around. I found the lack of storage for luggage and clothes impractical. The closet space measured only 10 cm in depth. The bathroom looked cheap. It was constructed entirely of plastic giving it the feel of a camping bathroom.

a solid stay near the station
great location english speaking staff easy communication small room dated room odd cleaning
the location was amazing!!! it was so close to the station. i found restaurants and shopping nearby too. the staff spoke english, so communication was easy.
my room felt small and a little dated, especially compared to other places i've stayed recently. i didn't find much equipment available. the eco-cleaning service seemed odd because they replaced towels daily, but didn't wash the cups.

Excellent Location and Amenities!
convenient location food option train station
The hotel offered numerous amenities! including toothbrush, toothpaste, face wash, and skin lotion. I found the location super convenient to the Shinjuku area with loads of food options and two convenience stores nearby. The train station was just a few minutes walk away. It was super-quiet too.
The room was smelly and the bathroom had mold. The amenities seemed minimal for a so-called four star hotel. I would personally rate it more like a two or three star hotel

The daily breakfast had a good amount of vegetarian and vegan options. I heard that from a friend. Breakfast every morning was super nice with 6 of us traveling together. We could all meet together and plan our day

The rooms were a decent size and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The room was compact but full of amenities. The beds were great. Rooms are quiet, I did not hear a lot of outside noise.

The hotel is close to Shinjuku station and the shopping mall there! It is also in walkable distance to restaurants, stores, and convenience stores. It's opposite the Shinjuku main station. It is super convenient for transportation and shopping
