friendly staff complimentary drinks super clean room
The staff was really friendly, and their English was excellent. My room had complimentary drinks in the fridge. I enjoyed the view from my room, it was super clean.

Acceptable stay. Nothing lovely
convenient location comfortable bed small room dusty shelf
The hotel's location was convenient to major shops. Uniqlo and GinzaSix were a short walk away. The bathrooms had views of the tower. The beds and pillows were COMFORTABLE.
The rooms felt small. It was like we were squashed in. Rooms needed more cleaning. There was dust on the bathroom shelves. I found this disappointing as I paid a lot of money to stay HERE.

the breakfast was particularly good. the staff members were always happy and polite. they helped me with directions and recommendations.
the room i had was quite small. there was not much space for my luggage. the smell of cigarette smoke lingered in the hallways.

major shops friendly staff nice bathroom tiny room luggage storage clothes storage
the location was number one for me. it was very close to major shops like uniqlo. bathrooms are nice!
the queen room was tiny. there was no space for luggage storage and minimal clothes storage. there weren't even hooks to hang the bath robes. i think there could be better use of space to cover storage etc.
