convenient 7 11 limited shelving overwhelmed staff
The hotel had a seven eleven in the basement. It also kept my luggage while I traveled outside the city.
The room was very small. I struggled to figure out where to put my stuff, there were limited shelving and hooks. Breakfast was good, but expensive, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. I had to wait a long time for eggs and pancakes. Once the restaurant got busy, I couldn't get some items.

Really good Stay near Shinjuku
helpful staff clean hotel safe location
I found the breakfast at the Hearth restaurant very good. The hotel was very clean, which i appreciated. The staff were helpful. The location felt safe and was close to the metro station.
The elevator music WAS repetitive.

The furniture in the room seemed a bit dated. it was a bit disappointing compared to other hotels i stayed in during my trip. The style wasn't really to my taste. i just didn't expect it to look like that
