Acceptable Location, Noticeable Issues

convenient locationcramped roomunsettling area
The location proved convenient. It was easy enough to get around the area.
The room felt quite cramped. Not ideal if you have much luggage. (I barely had room to open my suitcase!) I also found the surrounding area a bit unsettling at night. The street activity made me slightly uncomfortable.

Fantastic Stay!

laundry facilityhelpful directionsconvenience storeshigh-speed internet
The hotel has a useful laundry facility. Staff provided very helpful directions and assistance . I found it easy to reach the nearby convenience stores (7/11 and Lawson) and a nice British pub (very convenient). The free high-speed internet performed well.
The hotel has old carpets in the rooms and hallways, so it doesn't always feel perfectly clean.
Rooms
9/10
The room includes a comfortable bed and a nice shower and bath, which I really appreciated after a long day. The daily cleaning service ensures fresh sheets and towels without needing to ask. A water and ice dispenser is available on each floor, convenient.
Location

This location is very central. Shinjuku nightlife spots are within a five-minute walk. A supermarket operates 24/7 right beneath the hotel (very handy, I thought). It is less than ten minutes on foot from East Shinjuku Station exit.
Service

The staff provided excellent service. I found them friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a coffee station in the lobby. This hotel also provides luggage shipping service, which I utilized to make my travels easier.

I loved how central the location was. I could easily walk to many places from the hotel. The room had blackout curtains that created a perfect sleep environment. Water stations on every floor offered a great convenience.
I did notice a cracked tile in the bathroom. It had a slight smell that affected the rest of the room. This detracted a little from my otherwise lovely experience.
