the location near the station is convenient.
i found dust and dirt left behind by previous guests when i moved one of the twin beds to create more space.. the manager did not acknowledge the issue when it was reported, and i thought this behavior was rude.

The hotel has easy access to the metro station right outside. It is also one stop away from central station. Many good food options are nearby. The front desk was helpful with information and reservations to restaurants.
I noticed that the outdoor terrace had some insects present.

great service spacious rooms
The hotel location provided convenient access to shopping in Ginza. It was close to the train station. The service was great, I found the staff very professional. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, I noted their cleanliness.
I found the breakfast to be quite ordinary.

easy access friendly staff loud trains front desk
the location offers easy access to the subway. staff were helpful and friendly. the room was clean and spacious. access to the subway was easy.
i noticed trains were loud. i asked at the front desk and learned one side of the hotel faces the trains. i could hear the trains all night and morning. the trains are heard all night and morning.

I found the location to be fantastic. The modern amenities were a nice touch and very convenient. The rooms are super clean. I really appreciated that. I liked the easy access to public transport!
