The hotel has many stores nearby, including a Uniqlo and a 7-Eleven. Big Camera is within walking distance. It offers lots of shopping in a single building. The hotel provides pajamas, which I found really nice. The location gets five stars!!!

the location was good, it was close to the subway.

the location is perfect for exploring ginza the shopping is amazing. the staff was so helpful getting taxis and giving recommendations. i really appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of my room it was very comfortable.

The room was clean. it was also spacious, i had a twin room. the front desk people were courteous and helpful. family mart was across the street. That was really convenient.
the breakfast was not good. it only had three alternatives. it was also slow and with few alternatives. the reception staff barely spoke basic english, a problem.
