The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk. This provides assistance at any time. The hotel was clean. Fresh towels and bottled water were provided daily. The location is close to transportation and restaurants.
Cleaning occurred only every four days (though we got fresh towels daily).

minor issues despite convenient location
dirty bedsheettv apps
the room wasn't as clean as i expected. i found some hairs on the sink upon arrival. the bedsheet also had some dirt so i reported it and staff changed it quickly. the tv lacked apps which was disappointing since i wanted to stream movies in the evening.

Super Spacious and Super clean!

The room was spacious (a real treat) and had plenty of room for all our luggage. Everything was super clean. Fresh towels and water were provided daily. I loved that the subway station was less than a 10-minute walk away. It made getting around super easy. Plus, there were so many restaurants and convenience stores nearby to grab snacks.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway.

The hotel provides free umbrellas. This became handy during unexpected rain. Laundry facilities included free use of washers and dryers with free detergent. You also get complimentary toiletries like toothbrushes, hairbrushes, and shaving cream if you need them.

Okubo station is very close. It is just one stop away from Shinjuku station. Shin-Okubo station is also nearby. You can catch the Yamanote line there. There are many restaurants, 7-Eleven, Family Mart, and a grocery store just downstairs.

The staff was super helpful with everything. They assisted us in forwarding our luggage directly to Kyoto. This made our travel so much easier. Staff also upgraded my room. (It was a really kind gesture!).

The hotel's proximity to two train stations made exploring so easy. A supermarket located next to the hotel allowed us to easily purchase breakfast items and snacks for our children. Our suite included a washer and dryer. This was a very convenient feature for our family.
The charging point beside one bed was cracked, so I could not use it.

Okubo station is a four-minute walk. The room accommodated three adults comfortably. Our 14th-floor room afforded views across the area. The amenities provided suited our needs. I found the staff friendly and helpful.
The air conditioner did not work correctly and leaked onto our luggage.
