Really good Location and Service

I found the hotel's location excellent, directly across from the Kyobashi station Ginza Line exit. This made accessing various parts of the city very easy. The hotel is near Tokyo station and within walking distance of Ginza. I especially appreciated the helpful staff.
I noticed that the room size was smaller than the pictures suggested. Fresh air flow was also slightly limited due to weak bathroom ventilation, I could not open a window.

Vending machines are located on each floor, offering convenient access to drinks. I used the small oven at the front desk to heat meals. Free tea and coffee were available.

the subway access was immediate it was directly outside the entrance this made travel so easy. i really appreciated the massage chair especially after long days exploring the city it helped my muscles relax. the availability of extra amenities at the front desk was very convenient i could easily replenish items as needed.

The hotel's location near the train station proved convenient. A subway entrance is very close to the hotel front. This made commuting easy. The staff was helpful and respectful, which I appreciated .
I found the room to be quite small. It was difficult to fully open my suitcase because the floor space was limited.

the location proved wonderful i found the subway entrance steps from the hotel door it gave easy access to every corner of the city the massage chair in the room gave comfort after long days of exploration i found it a true balm for weary muscles. the blackout shade ensured a restful sleep and the water bottles in the room were very welcome.
the room felt quite small it was difficult for me to manage luggage i think more space would enhance the stay

The hotel is near convenient stores and a major train station. The bathroom was the biggest and most proper I have experienced in the area. I appreciated the massage chair, and the large bathtub was GREAT! Staff helped with luggage.
The room was on the small side. YET it had a sofa and massage recliner but not a single drawer.
