small roomnoisy air conditioning
the rooms was so tiny, even for what i expect from hotels. i had a really hard time moving around with my luggage. the air conditioning was super loud, and it made it hard to sleep well. so yeah, a quite terrible experience overall.

the location was good. i was able to easily access nearby shops.
The room was smaller than expected. i struggled to open my suitcase completely, and i found stains on the carpet. I didn't expect this. it. i would have preferred a cleaner and more spacious environment. it was annoying

in-room washerconvenient umbrellascentral location
the in-room washer and dryer was a lifesaver! i also appreciated the umbrellas available for loan during the rain. the location was central, close to ginza six and shopping areas, made exploring very easy for me.
the breakfast variety was a bit limited, though it was adequate.

The hotel provides complimentary umbrellas , a great service considering tokyo's weather. The presence of a washer and dryer directly in the room added a huge level of convenience for longer stays, this was great.

Situated right in the middle of ginza, the hotel is within walking distance to ginza six and other major shopping areas. Train stations are also nearby, granting quick access to explore different parts of the city.

The rooms offer pyjamas, i appreciated the ample amenities provided upon request at reception. The availability of a personal washer and dryer in the room was very beneficial for managing laundry during my time there.

the breakfast offered a mix of oriental and american options, a quite varied style for everyone, it included various dishes, though the variety was somewhat limited compared to other hotels i have visited.
