a love letter to my ginza getaway
modern equipment helpful staff several treadmills stationary bikes
The gym included modern equipment. i found several treadmills and stationary bikes to keep up my routine. the location allowed me to easily walk to nearby shops and attractions, something i value. the staff were helpful. They provided directions and recommendations without hesitation.
the breakfast timeframe was a bit narrow for those mornings i wished to sleep in longer.

The breakfast buffet featured a delicious array of american healthy options. I felt so satisfied. the restaurant's stylish design created an amazing dining experience, a lovely start to each day. the food was AMAZING!!!

Our room was kept immaculate. The cleaning service was very thorough. the bathroom felt spacious, and i liked the design. the kimonos provided were a thoughtful touch. It really elevated the experience.

The hotel's location offered easy access to the metro. It made exploring so simple. ginza is so close, with all its shops and restaurants, convenient. it was the perfect base for our trip.

location, location, location!
subway lines many shops hot bath modern design
The hotel is very close to several subway lines. I found this very convenient for exploring. it is also near many shops and restaurants. Finding a quick bite was never a problem. the hotel includes a japanese style hot bath on the 2nd floor. It was a nice addition after a long day of sightseeing. i liked the modern design including the ipad controlled facilities.
The room was a bit small. Managing luggage for two people was a challenge, but this is typical of the region.

The staff was friendly and spoke english well. This made communication easy. they were very helpful when i needed assistance with directions. i did appreciate their polite, professional approach .

The onsen area was clean and well kept. It had all the amenities i needed. i found it was nice to relax there after busy days. the hotel bar offered a good selection of drinks and snacks.

convenient location ginza stations shopping street poor breakfast carton plates unchanging menu
the location was excellent. i was a short walk from both ginza and ginza-higashi stations. the main shopping street was also just a couple of hundred meters away (very handy!).
the breakfast was very poor. there was no chance to select, and i ate from carton plates with plastic cutlery. the breakfast menu also never changed, always the same salad, tomato, and chicken.
