Super clean Comfort in Central Location
lovely bar excellent location friendly staff
The hotel offered complimentary pastries and coffee each morning. A convenience store was nearby. The staff was gentle and very helpful. I appreciated their kindness. The check in and check out process was smooth.

train access convenience store easy check-in
the location offered excellent access to trains and convenience stores. i appreciated the kind staff, especially since they offered umbrellas without my even asking. the check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy.
the pillows were not comfortable.

central location large space
The location near the metro made travel simple. The room had enough space for two large suitcases, a major win. (I was so happy about that!)

clean hotel near ginza station
clean hotel extra-wide bed convenient stores
The hotel was very clean, and the extra-wide bed was exactly as promised. i also liked that there were two convenient stores located right around the corner. rooms were near, but they were sound proof. I couldn't hear the neighbours except when doors opened.
i found the front staff rather cold. this didn't. also, rooms are only cleaned every three days unless you specifically request otherwise.
