the hotel is directly above a subway station. it makes getting around very easy. the airport bus is literally next door too (so convenient!).
the gym requires extra payment, a bit unexpected.

The airport bus station is right across the street with a pedestrian bridge connecting directly to the hotel. SUPER convenient! I used the Executive rooms and enjoyed free breakfast, tea time, and cocktail hour. The concierge at the Executive lounge were SO friendly and helpful.
The gym is enclosed (WHY?) and not accessible without extra cost.

The staff demonstrated VERY good customer service skills and were responsive to queries. I was impressed that an Italian concierge took me to the building to show me where to book a shuttle to the airport. The staff's dedication.

The location is central to many activities I planned. The subway station is in the basement, and it made travel SO easy. Access to transportation and key areas is straightforward from the hotel.

The hotel bakery had amazing cakes and pastries. The hotel offers several restaurants, really useful after a long flight. A wide array of amenities is available upon request, like a body pillow.

My room was spacious by local standards and included a full closet. High quality toiletries were provided (I left my toothbrush at home!). Big, plush towels were also in the room.

This hotel is located next to the bus terminal for both Haneda and Narita airports so it was very convenient.
The air conditioning in the room did not work properly, even after I requested a room change it was barely manageable.
